Why Parasailing?
You may have seen other people parasailing before and not thought twice.
What you may not realize is what an incredible experience you are missing out on! We recommend that everyone try parasailing in Port Aransas at least once in their life.
Whether you are just visiting Port Aransas or you’ve lived here for years, you will be blown away by how beautiful the world looks from 500 feet above.
And the best part? You can share your parasailing adventure with your friends and family because it is so easy to do! The launch and landing take off from the back off the boat and you do not get wet.
How Does the Parasailing Flight Feel?
Parasailing is not scary and will not give you that shortness of breath feeling that you may get while riding on a roller coaster. The whole flight is extremely smooth and peaceful, you will be surprised how quiet it can get up in the air. Participants will be taking off and landing from the boat, getting wet is optional but voted by many to be the best part of the flight! The whole trip may take up to an hour from start to finish depending on the number of participants joining and plan for 1 1/2 hours from dock to dock. We also spot dolphins on the way to and from the parasail location typically!

Availability
Daily, dependent on the weather. We do not operate in wind above a 20mph average sustained wind for safety reasons.
Duration
10 minute, 600 Foot Flight. The trip is about 1 1/2 hours from dock to dock.
Group Size
Up to 12 Passengers, flights are a minimum 2 people typically but can be a single rider or a triple depending on size and wind conditions.
Participation Requirements
Fliers must be at least 7 years old, but we welcome riders of all ages.
Up to 400lbs per flight
What to Bring/Wear
Just some sunscreen and a towel, and feel free to wear whatever you want but a swimsuit is recommended if you request getting dipped in the water during your flight. Please apply sunscreen before you arrive and absolutely no spray sunscreen on the boat.
